Donald Joseph Qualls, better called DJ Qualls is an American actor, producer and fashion model. Alongside being a part of his Road Trip role, he also appeared in The New Guy Hustle & Flow in addition to The Core. Alongside appearing on Breaking Bad Supernatural, Scrubs, Lost Law & Order, and many others. Qualls is fighting Hodgkin's lymphoma from the time he was 14 years old. It was remissioned two years later. But, early treatment had severe effects on his health as well as stunted growth. As he began to make decisions, financial security was the ultimate goal. The man had experienced hardship in his childhood. Interviewer stated that as the way he lived was so shabby over a period of time I was in need of financial stability to feel in control. The man also thinks back on his youth and hopes to take action on the problem of the bullying. "Cruelty makes me cry," he said. He says that his ideal character would be father figures in real and film life. The director admits that they do not cast DJ in such roles. He'd like to be father one day to be able to devote more time with his child and less to his career.
